What we collect
When you contact us we receive the name, email address, company, and project details you send. When you browse the site we collect aggregate traffic data such as page views, referrer, and approximate region. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, scope your project, and send the documents a project needs. We use traffic data to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site fast and available.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who only enquired about a project.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under their own agreements. If your project requires a third-party service, we tell you which one and why before anything is connected.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Project records are kept for as long as we support the work, plus the period our accounting obligations require. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie present is required for the site to function.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes are communicated to active clients directly.
